Partial wedding planning is designed for couples who seek professional support during the final five to six months leading up to their wedding day. This package includes guidance on event design and is best suited for couples who have already selected their venue, caterer, date, and completed some initial wedding planning.

Couples often feel overwhelmed as they delve deeper into the wedding planning process and realize the benefits of professional support. Partial planning becomes invaluable when couples require assistance with finalizing vendor selections, budget review, and clarifying their wedding vision.

The process begins with a comprehensive intake meeting to assess progress, review the budget, identify remaining vendors, and clarify the couple's vision. Our team then provides ongoing support, including negotiating vendor contracts, maintaining communication with vendors, and developing a detailed day-of schedule.

We assist in negotiating remaining vendor contracts and maintain regular contact with the venue team and other vendors involved in the wedding. Additionally, we attend up to three final vendor meetings of the couple's choice within San Diego County.

We provide comprehensive checklists to help manage individual wedding tasks and offer guidance in developing a wedding seating chart, floor plan, and table numbering to ensure a seamless event flow.
